Producing and writing quality documentation is not a one-size-fits-all approach and has many challenges. Not only does it require understanding the audience's needs of a particular business/industry, but also requires research, resources, time management, and business planning. 

In order to save time and resources, I can help clients by providing the following documentation solutions

  • Review, edit, and make recommendations on online tutorials, user guides, instructor manuals, and knowledge bases, including web pages and collaboration tools

  • Convert and transfer information/content from one platform to another. For example, it is typical that written information is now communicated to users/audiences on a different platform (e.g., from Microsoft Word to MadCap Flare or another type of software collaboration tool)

  • Apply recommendations, create, format, proofread, and edit information/content for various forms of documentation, such as Confluence, MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more

  • Develop and design curriculum for training and educational courses 

  • Provide insight on adult learning concepts, theories, and principles for educational courses

  • Resale online, limited on time, and have a death pile to list? I can help you list your items for sale! You will need to provide pictures, along with the desired price for each item. I can help you provide a detailed listing to avoid returns due to INADs (Items Not As Described). The main selling platforms I work on are eBay, Poshmark, and Mercari. I also have a working knowledge of cross-listing platforms such as List Perfectly.
